Meet Bauer, the Jack!

Chris has always wanted a long-legged, short haired Jack Russell Terrier. Long before Barkley's passing, long before he even met me! We've been considering getting another dog for some time... either the said JRT, a French Bulldog, English Bulldog, possibly another Pug... We visited our local ASPCA today and found this little guy, formerly known as "Buddy".









According to the sheet that the previous owners filled out, their "Buddy" is 3 years old, house trained and gets along with other dogs. It said that they had too many other pets, so that's why they were surrendering him. He's now been bathed and renamed to "Rocket" Bauer. Chris wanted the "Rocket" part in there, but we're not calling him that, we're just calling him Bauer... like Jack Bauer from 24 :)

He's had his introduction to his new brother and sister... Al seems to really like him, but as suspected, Mrka is going to have an adjustment period. I know they'll work it out. She worked it out with Al and everyone is doing OK.

Anyway, just wanted to introduce our new little guy!
