Next up, our group is focusing on chemo caps. Here are a few examples of some of the caps that I've already made!

One Hundred and Four!
Last week, a few of the ladies that I work with who are in my stitching group met up with the leader of The Ships Project organization. This is the group that sends the knitted/crocheted/sewn caps to the soldiers overseas. They took all of the caps that we made (over 130 of them) to see which ones they would be able to use. There are restrictions on colors of yarn (ground troops need to wear dark colors and folks on the ships can wear bold colors, but not "girly" colors). We thought that we would be able to give them just over 80 caps. Turns out, they took 104 of our caps! I'm so proud!!
